The Second WSR-88D Level II Data Stakeholders Workshop: 26-27 September 2002
The Second WSR-88D Level II Stakeholder's Workshop was held in Norman, Oklahoma on 26-27 September 2002. The goal of the workshop was to establish the needs and requirements of non-NWS users of WSR-88D real time Level II data, and to define a framework fro meeting these needs in both the short and long term. The first day of the workshop consisted of a mix of presentations and extensive open discussion, and the consisted entirely of a plenary session designed for extensive dialog among all stakeholders with the goal of preparing a strategy for the future.
